Beech (bud)

The predominant species, together with oak, of the European forests, the beech tree is imposing and venerable, and may grow to be up to 300 years old. Mainly used for its timber, which is perfect for making toys and even paper, the beech tree contains in its buds a concentrate of botanical life. Consisting of stem cells rich in phytohormones, flavonoids and peptides, the buds are capable of rebuilding an entire plant.

Harvested in France and developed in line with the tree’s future growth, the beech bud extract used by Doux me features a high concentration of this vital potential to energize the epidermis, improve hydration and smooth out the skin relief.
