Sweet almond (oil)

The first to bloom in the spring, the almond tree is the sign of Nature’s rebirth. Its fruit is covered with soft and downy skin, suggestive of the cosmetic qualities of the oil that is extracted from it. In the Antiquity, the Romans offered almonds to newlyweds as a symbol of fertility.  These were the predecessors of the sugar-coated almonds used in weddings today.

Creamy and hazelnut-scented, the sweet almond oil used by Doux me is rich in omega 6 and 9, and in vitamin E.  It envelops the skin with softness, providing suppleness, moisture and comfort. It takes particular care of the most delicate skin types.
